WOC Tour online entry.

This booking system is for runner entry, accomodation and transport for WOC Tour,
the 5-day public orienteering event organized by WOC 2010. Atlethes and team officials
for the world championships cannot book here.
If you want to open an entry form you are working
on or view the status of a submitted form enter the
booking reference and press the button.		 Booking reference
Find your booking by email. Enter the email address given
in the booking. You will be sent an email with reference
to your bookings.		 Email address

A short introduction to the booking system for WOC Tour

  • Create an order
  • Add customer details
  • Add runner entries
  • Add transport and accomodation items
For your convenience the order is stored on our server. You can leave it at any time and re-open it later. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
  • Verify that your order details are correct
  • Submit your order
  • Pay amount due by bank transfer
  • If you have ordered hotel rooms you must wait for acknowledgement and price before paying
The order becomes visible in our booking system when you submit it. If the order requires response from us you will be notified by email and updates to your booking.
  • We receive the payment
  • We update payment status in your booking
  • Your entries become visible in the start list
You can still change many details that do not affect the price like eCard number, names and addresses.
